This caravelle 3D-KIK was the last one in service, in the world. It crashed in 2004 at Gisenyi (Rwanda). The pilot wanted to land, at Goma (DR Congo), but for an unknow reason, it has landed at Gisenyi (Rwanda) . No fatalities. More infos : HERE
