According to amadeus (11 Dec 2013), Qatar Airways canceled its service increase to Kigali. However, changements can occur at any moments.

Qatar Airways plans to add 3 more weekly flights to Kigali, from 01 April 2014

According to Amadeus (10 DEC 2013), Qatar Airways plans to add 3 more weekly flights to Kigali, bringing to 10 the number of flights operated to Kigali, each week. Bookings are now opened. Note that Amadeus shows all timetables until 25 October 2014. After this date, it’s not possible to have timetables, for any airlines.
