A Nigerian VIP Airline (Evergreen Apple) plans to open a maintenance facility in Rwanda

After Tempus Jet (USA) (Here),  Paragon Aircraft Corp. (Nigeria) (here) and MAZ Aviation from Nexus Group (Saudi Araia) (here), Evergreen Apple Nigeria Ltd plans to open a maintenance facility at Kigali, according to Segun Demuren, the CEO.

 

From FlightGlobal .com (SOURCE) “There is plenty of growth potential in these countries as their economies grow, but there are very few aviation services,” says EAN founder and chief executive Segun Demuren.

 

Thanks to a robust economy and majors reforms voted in recent years (Rwanda is ranked 2nd in the world as a best reformers in the economic sector), Rwanda is attracting more and more foreign companies

 

Indeed Rwanda is ranked 4th in Africa and 39th in the last “Doing Business” report  and the corruption is low compared to many Africans countries (ranked 4th in Africa and  52th in the World). Furthermore, the country hosts several majors congress.

 

The arrival of VIP airlines in Rwanda proves that despite the global crisis, the Busisness Aviation Sector is growing in Rwanda and probably more airlines will open base, in next years….
