Here is a list with all Antonov aircraft registred in Rwanda. Few Antonov are flying in Rwanda, most of time, they are flying in Congo DR (ex Zaire) and operate flights for "lords of war" like the "famous" Viktor Bout. This latter had an airline based at Kigali, it was Air Serv International Rwanda.
