KLM is the best Service Provider in Airlines Category

In this survey, readers of the magazine had the opportunity to cast their own votes in a range of categories, expressing themselves and giving a fair insight into the level of service.
Of course it’s not an official survey, but this kind of survey is very rare in Rwanda, and thus could give the example to others institutions or magazines, to do the same thing, to improve the customer service. Many Rwandans or foreign visitors say that the customer service is often poor in Rwanda.
Last year, Qatar Airways won the same price.

It is a quarterly free magazine written in simple English with specific articles in French and Kinyarwanda.
