Flights between Rwanda and Somalia by January 2013 ?

According to various articles, Rwanda and Somalia could launch flights between Kigali and Mogadishu by January 2013. The annoncement was made at the Embassy of Somalia in Rwanda, during an event organised by the Rwanda Youth Campaign for Somalia Association.
Since some years, Rwanda and Somalia improved ties. The Somalian president visited Rwanda, in 2009 and in 2012. Rwanda has previoulsy trained Somali soldiers, police and customs officers and has brought its help in the peace process.

Youth Campaign for Somalia is an initiative started by Emmanuel Hitimana, who used facebook to call upon the public to make contributions towards supporting the Somali people.
